Dr. Phil DeBrito examines a patient

Dr. Phil DeBrito has spent the majority of his life in Wake County. His interests in veterinary medicine were cultivated while attending North Carolina State University and he was a member of the first class of students selected to attend Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1972. Dr, DeBrito is married to Ruth, a registered nurse, and has one son, Gary. Presently, the rest of the family includes Kajun and Evan (horses), and BooBear, Brewski, Scoozer and Miss Priss (cats). Dr. DeBrito spends most of his spare time fishing (Charter Boat Captain’s License), golfing, and gardening. Dr. DeBrito has dedicated most of the past 32 years to his veterinary patients and has a keen interest in surgery and abdominal ultrasonography.

Dr. Quentin Hodges grew up in a small rural town in North Carolina where he was exposed to a wide range of animals. This upbringing inspired him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Hodges is married to Elaine, a medical technologist, and lives in Cary with their two dogs Gracie and Milo, and their three cats: Kahlua, Gonzo, and Gizmo. Dr. Hodges received his doctorate from the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine. His professional interests include, but are not limited to exotics, surgery, oncology, and internal medicine. In his free time, Dr. Hodges enjoys swimming, landscaping, traveling, and spending time with his wife and animals.
